- • You will work directly on improving how Frontier AI handles corporate finance by contributing your M&A deal experience to a structured research project that enhances AI reasoning across investment banking and capital markets.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include generating, refining, and evaluating content that reflects senior M&A professionals’ thinking through transactions—from origination and pitching to execution and close—using your expertise in deal structuring, valuation, and transaction analysis.
- • The role is part of a collaborative effort between finance professionals and AI labs, offering rare early exposure to how AI models are developed and trained in high-stakes financial domains.
- • You will help bridge the gap between human judgment and artificial intelligence by providing precise, written articulations of M&A judgment that train AI systems to reason like senior bankers.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI in finance while leveraging and expanding your M&A expertise in an innovative, research-driven environment.
- • You’ll gain insight into cutting-edge AI development processes and contribute to projects that aim to make AI more reliable and context-aware in complex financial scenarios.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–7 years of experience in M&A advisory at a bulge bracket or elite boutique (e.g., Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Bank of America, Citi, Barclays, UBS, Deutsche Bank, Wells Fargo, Evercore, Moelis, Centerview, Lazard, Jefferies, Rothschild, Houlihan Lokey)
- • Associate level across M&A advisory, buy-side or sell-side
- • Deep expertise in M&A deal structuring, valuation, and transaction execution
- • Strong financial modeling skills (incl. LBO, DCF, trading comps, precedent transactions) and comfort with complex transaction analysis, fairness opinions, and client-facing materials (incl. CIMs, pitch decks, management presentations)
- • Ability to articulate M&A judgment clearly and precisely in writing
- • Commitment: 20+ hours/week, flexible scheduling
- • Location: Fully remote
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
