📋 Description

• As an IT Infrastructure Engineer (Project Coordinator) at NewEra Technologies Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless planning, scheduling, and execution of client technology installations and infrastructure projects, directly contributing to the company’s mission of securely connecting people, places, and information at scale.
• You will orchestrate end-to-end project delivery by managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and aligning technical resources with client expectations, making a tangible impact on service quality and operational efficiency in a remote, globally distributed environment.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include planning, scheduling, and communicating all aspects of site and non-site installations—such as software deployments, hardware rollouts, server migrations, and AV system implementations—to ensure high client satisfaction and on-time, on-budget delivery.
• You will serve as the central point of communication between external clients, account managers, and engineering teams, ensuring alignment on project scope, timelines, and resource allocation while proactively identifying and mitigating risks that could affect delivery.
• You will coordinate the precise allocation of skilled technical staff based on project requirements and timelines, optimizing workforce utilization to meet client expectations without overextending team capacity.
• You will generate and distribute regular status reports on all active projects, highlighting progress, blockers, budget variances, and risks, enabling leadership to make informed decisions and maintain transparency with stakeholders.
• You will accurately log engineer service calls into the service delivery calendar and ensure client instructions are clearly communicated and executed, maintaining data integrity across operational systems.
• You will promptly communicate schedule changes—whether due to resource availability, client requests, or technical dependencies—to all relevant stakeholders to minimize disruption and maintain trust.
• You will maintain accurate, auditable records of all project-related data in internal systems (including ServiceNow or equivalent platforms), ensuring compliance, traceability, and support for continuous improvement initiatives.
• You will foster strong, collaborative working relationships across departments—including IT, operations, finance, and customer service—to break down silos and enable seamless project execution.
• You will uphold and promote the highest standards of workplace health and safety, ensuring compliance with local and global regulations while protecting yourself and others during field or remote support activities.
• You will contribute to a culture of continuous learning and inclusion by sharing knowledge, participating in training, and supporting teammates in developing technical and project management competencies.
• Through this role, you will develop advanced expertise in IT infrastructure project lifecycle management, gaining hands-on experience with enterprise-grade technologies such as cabling, wireless networks, A/V systems, end-user device imaging, and PC deployment workflows.
• You will refine your project management capabilities by applying industry best practices in scope definition, risk assessment, resource planning, and stakeholder communication—positioning yourself for growth into senior coordination, technical project management, or IT operations leadership roles.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with infrastructure technologies including cabling, wireless systems, A/V equipment, end-user devices, and PC imaging processes
• 2+ years of experience in corporate IT environments with a focus on project coordination or technical support
• Skilled in using ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing and service management platforms for tracking incidents, changes, and project tasks
• Proven ability to coordinate vendors and resolve technical issues remotely in a global, multi-timezone setting
• Strong communication, organizational, and client engagement skills with a detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable mindset
• Hold a degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
