• • As an IT Manager, Support at TaskUs, you will lead and manage a large team responsible for ensuring 24/7/365 business continuity through effective technology services, acting as the escalation point for IT ServiceDesk issues and overseeing hardware and software administration across all sites.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include resource management, capacity planning, reviewing status reports, multitasking in dynamic environments, analyzing complex problems, recommending automation-driven process improvements, coordinating infrastructure changes, conducting performance evaluations, mentoring junior staff, and supporting career development initiatives.
