- • As an IT Manager - AI Delivery at Prime Therapeutics, you will lead cross-functional technology teams responsible for delivering cutting-edge Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions that directly support the company’s mission to transform pharmacy care through innovation and purpose-driven technology.
- • This role is pivotal in aligning AI initiatives with organizational strategy, ensuring that technical delivery advances business goals while maintaining compliance, security, and operational excellence in a fully remote environment.
- • You will cultivate a high-performing, supportive team culture by providing professional development, setting clear objectives, and enabling staff effectiveness through coaching, performance management, and resource allocation.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing team performance via standardized metrics, facilitating engagement with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver measurable value, and ensuring IT ecosystem stability, sustainability, and adherence to company standards, security protocols, and financial policies.
- • You will collaborate closely with IT and business leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable delivery plans, identify improvement opportunities, and drive innovation through agile and adaptive methodologies.
- • Accountability is central to this role: you will monitor team performance against budget, resource allocation, and development priorities, while supporting enterprise initiatives by implementing tools and services that enhance productivity and execution.
- • The role requires leading teams through context shifting, competing priorities, and large-scale IT initiatives, fostering collaboration and resilience in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- • You will ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, including security controls specific to AI and healthcare data handling, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- • 6 years of work experience in Information Technology (IT), including hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions
- • 2 years of people management experience, demonstrating ability to lead, develop, and support technical teams
