- • As an IT Operations Engineer at Hims & Hers Health, Inc., you will play a critical role in maintaining the stability, integrity, and efficiency of in-house information systems that support core organizational functions, directly enabling the company’s mission to deliver affordable, accessible, and personalized healthcare to consumers nationwide.
- • Your work ensures seamless technology operations that connect patients with licensed healthcare professionals, upholding a customer-first approach to IT while safeguarding sensitive data through rigorous security protocols and compliance with SOX and HIPAA standards.
- • Day to day, you will communicate closely with management and cross-functional teams to assess facility IT needs, maintain essential systems including operating systems, email, laptops, hardware, and software, and implement security policies and procedures to protect organizational assets.
- • You will evaluate system security for compliance, perform scheduled technological audits on configurations and best practices, and proactively identify and implement security measures to protect sensitive health and employee data.
- • You will build and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), best practices, hardening documentation, and internal reference guides, while assisting in the development of Disaster Recovery playbooks and supporting their operational execution.
- • You will collaborate with Security and Engineering leadership to follow established standards, work with cross-functional partners to drive system efficiencies, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure uninterrupted service and support patient well-being.
- • You will provide user-centric technical support for Mac OS X and Windows environments, manage label printers and scanning technologies (such as Zebra and Sato), and oversee Cisco Meraki and Cisco Catalyst infrastructure including security appliances, switches, wireless access points, and cameras.
- • You will manage server environments by installing, configuring, and operating systems, apply strong analytical and creative thinking to solve complex business-critical problems, and document solutions with meticulous attention to detail.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant work experience (preferred but not required)
- • 4–6 years of progressive IT experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- • Proven expertise in configuring, implementing, testing, and maintaining complex IT systems including Windows and Mac OS X, label printers/scanners (Zebra, Sato), Cisco Meraki and Catalyst infrastructure, and server environments
