- • The IT Operations Specialist III role at OpenX Technologies is critical to maintaining the reliability, security, and efficiency of the company’s enterprise technology infrastructure, directly enabling seamless operations for employees and supporting the company’s mission to optimize digital advertising markets.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the frontline IT support for user issues, diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to endpoints, identity systems, and collaboration tools; identifying root causes of recurring issues; documenting solutions for knowledge base and automation; proactively improving support workflows; managing enterprise endpoint fleets (macOS/iOS via Jamf); administering Okta and Google Workspace environments; ensuring workspace hygiene and compliance; and collaborating with IT Business Partners to enhance user experience.
