- • As an IT Specialist at Grant Street Group, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the company’s digital infrastructure and ensuring seamless technology operations that support business continuity and customer service excellence across the United States. Your work directly enables the organization to protect sensitive information, maintain system reliability, and deliver innovative solutions that empower teams nationwide.
- • You will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and securing critical IT systems and networks, including implementing software updates, managing access controls, and responding to security alerts to prevent data breaches and system downtime. Daily tasks include troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users, configuring workstations and peripherals, assisting with cloud and on-premise applications, and documenting all support activities in ticketing systems to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
- • You will collaborate with the IT Services team to design and deploy new technology solutions, conduct system backups and disaster recovery tests, and support hardware lifecycle management such as procurement, imaging, and deployment of employee devices. You’ll also assist in evaluating emerging technologies, participate in IT projects, and help enforce compliance with internal IT policies and industry best practices.
