📋 Description

• • As an IT Systems Analyst Senior at USAA, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business topics across multiple technical delivery functions, playing a critical role in bridging business needs with technology solutions to support the financial security of military members and their families.
• • Your work will directly impact the integrity and effectiveness of USAA’s systems by ensuring technical requirements are complete, consistent, feasible, and aligned with standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
• • Day to day, you will lead the analysis and verification of technical requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformance to industry and organizational standards.
• • You will employ creativity and innovation to identify technology solutions that support business analysis needs, leveraging modeling techniques such as UML and use case development within one or more software development frameworks.
• • You will lead traceability of approved and baselined artifacts through all phases of the software development life cycle, including specifications, design, development, testing, implementation, and defect prioritization.
• • You will provide guidance and review of test artifacts to ensure adequate coverage of testable requirements and actively participate in defect management activities to confirm requirements are being met.
• • You will apply your knowledge of system design and software development concepts to provide certification and support throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• • You will work with tools including ServiceNow, JIRA, JWM, Python, Postman, Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle SQL, GitLab, Control-M, and Guidewire Policy Center to support vulnerability program execution, risk and compliance procedures, and rating and pricing model configurations.
• • You will utilize MS Office and apply both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to manage and communicate project progress effectively.
