📋 Description

• • As a Java Lead Engineer in CSG’s Product R&D, Innovation & Ownership team, you will drive technical direction, mentor engineers, and shape the architecture of the CSG Quote & Order platform used by Banking and Financial Services clients worldwide.
• • Day to day, you will spend 25% of your time on R&D and product development, lead code reviews, champion clean coding practices, collaborate with product and design teams to translate customer needs into features, evaluate emerging tools and frameworks, and take ownership of system performance by resolving bottlenecks and improving team efficiency.
