📋 Description

• The Junior Business Intelligence Analyst will support reporting, documentation, information transmission, formatting, and business / financial analysis tasks for the Safeguards IT security support program.
• This role is junior, but it matters because the program is deliverable-heavy and relies on clean documentation, structured reports, dashboards, and accurate information flow.
• The Junior Business Intelligence Analyst will work closely with the Safeguards IT security support program team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and other business intelligence products.
• The Junior Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and other business intelligence products using various tools and technologies.
• The Junior Business Intelligence Analyst will analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• The Junior Business Intelligence Analyst will work with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.
• The Junior Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of business intelligence processes and procedures.
• The Junior Business Intelligence Analyst will participate in the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions.
• The Junior Business Intelligence Analyst will work closely with the data team to ensure that data is accurate and up-to-date.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
