- • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources to support business intelligence efforts
- • Build simple reports and visualizations using available tools to provide actionable insights to business teams
- • Help monitor key performance metrics and identify anomalies or deviations from expected trends
- • Document data sources, definitions, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and reproducibility
- • Support senior data analysts on ongoing analytics projects by performing data extraction and preliminary analysis
- • Contribute to the development of dashboards and reports that track critical business KPIs
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver timely, accurate information
- • Ensure data integrity by validating inputs, identifying errors, and flagging inconsistencies for resolution
- • Learn and apply best practices in data hygiene, labeling, and storage as part of team workflows
- • Participate in team meetings to review findings, share updates, and receive feedback on analytical outputs
- • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving business requirements in a fast-paced, remote environment
- • Take initiative to explore new tools and techniques for improving data processes and visualization clarity
- • Maintain accurate records of data transformations and analytical methods used in reporting
- • Communicate findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders through written summaries and visuals
- • Contribute to continuous improvement of data workflows by identifying bottlenecks and proposing simple solutions

🎯 Requirements
- • Degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience (bootcamp, internship, self-taught)
- • Basic knowledge of Excel and an interest in SQL and BI tools
