  • • As one of Tolken's inaugural Go-to-Market (GTM) hires, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our strategy for reaching and engaging with the global market. This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside the founders, contributing significantly to the foundational elements of our GTM engine. You will be instrumental in building robust pipeline systems, meticulously tracking prospects, and ensuring that every critical interaction and opportunity is managed with precision, leaving no stone unturned.
  • • This is a high-ownership, hands-on position designed for individuals who are energized by the challenge of building something from the ground up in an early-stage environment. While extensive experience in fintech is not a prerequisite, a strong drive, exceptional clarity of thought, and a proactive, build-from-scratch mindset are essential. You will be empowered to define processes, implement tools, and directly influence how Tolken connects with its target audience.
  • • Your core responsibilities will revolve around Pipeline and Systems Ownership. This includes the end-to-end development and maintenance of prospecting systems, leveraging cutting-edge tools such as Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other modern automation platforms. You will be the guardian of our CRM hygiene, ensuring it serves as the definitive single source of truth for all GTM activities and pipeline tracking. A key aspect of this role is to meticulously log and manage all lead sources – whether they originate from outbound efforts, inbound inquiries, warm introductions, or conference engagements – ensuring each is progressed with clearly defined next steps and accountability.
  • • A significant part of your contribution will be to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity. You will focus on improving throughput and the quality of our data by strategically implementing systems and tooling, moving beyond manual processes to create scalable solutions. This focus on systemization will be critical for sustainable growth and effective decision-making.
  • • You will also be deeply involved in Logistics and Follow-Through. This entails capturing all key interactions involving the founders, diligently tracking and driving necessary follow-ups to ensure momentum is maintained. You will prepare comprehensive meeting briefs, providing essential company context, detailing prior conversations, and identifying relevant assets to equip founders for success. Furthermore, you will manage calendars, orchestrate sequencing of communications, and oversee next steps across all active conversations, acting as a central point of coordination.
  • • Coordinating physical GTM activities, such as conferences, in-person meetings, and travel arrangements, will also fall under your purview, ensuring seamless execution of our on-the-ground presence.
  • • In the realm of Sales Enablement, Signal, and Playbooks, you will be tasked with creating and maintaining essential sales assets. This includes developing concise 2-pagers, clearly defining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and creating market maps. You will be responsible for codifying our collective learnings and market insights into a living, evolving GTM playbook. This playbook will encompass talk tracks, objection handling strategies, and qualification flows, serving as a vital resource for the entire GTM team.
  • • You will operate the founders' LinkedIn profiles from a logistical perspective, managing cadence, routing inbound inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-ups, without being responsible for content creation (ghostwriting). A crucial element of this function is to actively spot patterns and recurring themes within sales conversations and content, and to proactively surface these valuable insights back to the GTM and product teams, informing strategic adjustments and product development.
  • • Success in this role will be measured by tangible outcomes: founder calendars consistently filled with higher-quality, better-prepared conversations; a pipeline where no leads or follow-ups are ever missed; CRM and pipeline data that is consistently clean, current, and reliable; and a GTM playbook and supporting assets that continuously improve based on real-time market feedback. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the compounding growth of founder selling time month over month, driving Tolken's market penetration and success.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Strong fluency with core GTM tools such as Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM/project management systems like Notion or similar.
  • • Demonstrated ability to configure AI-assisted and automation workflows; direct coding experience is not required.
  • • Excellent written communication skills, capable of crafting clear, concise, and professional emails, follow-ups, and sales materials suitable for founder-level communication.
  • • High attention to detail and a proven track record of strong follow-through on tasks and commitments.
  • • Genuine curiosity about the fintech and payments industries, and a desire to understand how markets function in practice.
