- • Manage and optimize paid social advertising campaigns primarily within the Meta ecosystem to drive subscriptions through web funnels for a single project.
- • Monitor campaign performance metrics including CPA and ROAS, making data-driven adjustments to meet or exceed target goals.
- • Design and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting parameters, bidding strategies, geographies, and audience segments to identify high-performing variations and scaling opportunities.
- • Collaborate closely with the creative team to iterate on ad formats, messaging, and visual assets, providing structured performance feedback to guide future iterations.
- • Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and work in partnership with the data team to translate findings into optimized acquisition strategies.
- • Coordinate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and data teams to align user acquisition efforts with broader business objectives and product roadmaps.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Meta Ads platform updates, ad formats, and automation tools to ensure campaigns leverage the latest features and best practices.
- • Track and report on key unit economics metrics to inform budget allocation and ensure sustainable customer acquisition economics.
- • Translate campaign results into clear, concise presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting trends, successes, and recommendations for improvement.
- • Maintain organized campaign documentation, including campaign structures, test hypotheses, performance logs, and learnings for knowledge sharing and scaling.
- • Stay responsive to real-time performance shifts and be prepared to act swiftly to adjust bids, pause underperforming assets, or reallocate budget to top performers.
- • Contribute to the development of localized campaign strategies tailored to regional market dynamics and consumer behavior within target geographies.
- • Ensure all advertising activities comply with platform policies and internal branding guidelines while maximizing conversion efficiency.
- • Participate in regular performance reviews and planning sessions to set quarterly goals and align acquisition tactics with company-wide growth targets.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or user acquisition
- • Proven experience managing campaigns on at least one major advertising platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat)
- • Solid understanding of key marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS) and unit economics
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data and make optimization decisions
- • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating across teams
- • Located within ±4 hours of Central European Time (CET) to ensure overlap in working hours
