- • Language Data Quality Reviewer for Swiss German (Freelance/Task-based) – A critical role supporting AI and machine learning initiatives by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and linguistic alignment of training data for global technology clients.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing datasets, translating raw data into actionable insights, performing data labeling and manipulation, conducting quality assurance on training data, providing Swiss German language translations and contextual understanding, and offering data-driven recommendations to improve business processes.
- • Volga Partners LLC is a U.S.-based AI and machine learning specialist serving top technology giants and multinational corporations, offering IT, business process outsourcing, and crowdsourcing services across established and emerging markets; this role supports an ongoing client project with task-based, freelance work aligned to IST time zone.
- • The reviewer will develop expertise in data quality assurance, AI training data preparation, linguistic validation, and analytical problem-solving within a dynamic, global environment, gaining hands-on experience in data labeling, manipulation, and quality improvement techniques while building skills relevant to AI/ML data pipelines.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proficiency in reading, writing, and/or speaking English and Swiss German
- • Own device (laptop/desktop) and reliable high-speed internet access
- • Availability to work during IST hours (preferred 8am IST onwards) for task-based freelance work
- • Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude toward data quality and continuous improvement
- • Experience in data labeling, manipulation, or quality assurance (preferred but not mandatory)
- • Comfort with task-based, on-demand work model where assignments are irregular and first-come, first-served
