- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing monthly financial and tax documents for accuracy and completeness, managing and mentoring team members to ensure high-quality output and professional development, handling complex client communications with 24-hour response expectations, coordinating special projects such as audits and process optimization, collaborating cross-functionally with leadership to align team efforts with business goals, identifying workflow improvements, executing client audits and advanced tax research, developing process enhancements for team efficiency, and supporting strategic objectives through data-driven recommendations.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in accounting and project management
- • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- • Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly with U.S.-based clients
- • Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and financial reporting
- • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
- • Exposure to project management or workflow tools
- • Knowledge of sales tax software such as Avalara
- • CPA certification or active progress toward obtaining it
