- • As a Lead Adobe Customer Journey Analyst at Centene Corporation, you will serve as a critical link between customer data and business strategy, using advanced analytics to translate complex behavioral patterns into clear, actionable recommendations that improve health outcomes for 28 million members.
- • You will create, modify, and maintain dashboards and reporting in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) workspaces, monitor dashboards for anomalies, validate tracking implementations, and present data-driven insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- • You will partner with agile development teams by attending daily standups across 1–6 teams, lead root-cause analysis of data irregularities, oversee data integration from disparate sources, and lead efforts in data profiling and source-to-target mapping.
- • You will apply advanced expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data visualization to interpret complex data from claims, provider, member, and encounters data, proactively identifying business impacts and communicating findings to non-technical partners.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and 5–7 years of related experience, or equivalent experience.
- • Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) preferred, including building custom reports and dashboards in CJA workspaces.
- • Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data manipulation, analysis, and mining.
- • Experience with Big Data processing, data visualization, and translating business goals into digital analytics tracking requirements.
- • Demonstrated ability to work independently, think critically, and communicate analytical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
