- • Lead Analyst responsible for delivering analysis aligned with client business objectives, maintaining and exceeding performance targets within Merkle’s health vertical.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting end-to-end campaign reporting across email, digital media, CRM, and web; building and maintaining performance dashboards tied to KPIs; ensuring data accuracy; contributing to post-campaign and quarterly performance readouts; supporting data onboarding, validation, and troubleshooting; contributing to audience and measurement analyses including media attribution; developing QC frameworks for data integrity; maintaining documented analytical workflows; designing and delivering polished dashboards and reports for non-technical audiences; owning client-facing presentation materials that translate analytical outputs into clear narratives; continuously improving reporting templates and visualization standards; moving beyond reporting to surface actionable insights tied to brand objectives; synthesizing inputs across workstreams into cohesive decision-ready stories; managing workload across two concurrent engagements with prioritization; proactively surfacing blockers and dependencies; participating in client meetings and internal reviews with clear status updates.
