- • Lead Backend Engineer (Golang) role focused on designing and evolving the backend foundations of a decentralized cloud platform, delivering sovereign, high-performance compute for modern workloads.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and developing scalable distributed systems in Go, building and optimizing mission-critical backend software with focus on concurrency and performance, implementing robust peer-to-peer (P2P) communication systems using frameworks like libp2p, ensuring cross-platform compatibility, collaborating in Agile/Scrum teams, producing clean maintainable code, optimizing for reliability and fault tolerance, enhancing backend infrastructure with observability and monitoring, working across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), participating in full application lifecycle, engaging with product teams to understand requirements, conducting code reviews, mentoring engineers, and championing engineering best practices.
