- • Lead the creative vision and brand strategy for BJAK’s new UK market, shaping messaging, content, and performance-driven campaigns that drive user acquisition and brand growth.
- • Develop and execute brand plans, conduct market research, create strategic concepts, and oversee production of high-volume video ads, short-form scripts, and digital assets aligned with performance metrics.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze CTR, conversion rates, and CPA data, iterating creative work for optimal acquisition efficiency while maintaining brand voice.
- • Join a lean, high-output team in a flat organization where ownership, speed, and execution are valued over titles, contributing directly to BJAK’s mission of building superior applications with societal impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in creative strategy, performance creative, or campaign strategy within high-growth B2C brands or agencies.
- • Proven ability to translate strategic insights into high-performing digital video and mobile-first content, supported by a compelling portfolio.
- • Expertise in digital content production workflows including scripting, storyboarding, editing, and delivery of optimized assets using industry-standard tools.
- • Proficiency in using campaign metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) to evaluate, iterate, and scale creative concepts for performance improvement.
- • Strong project management skills with experience managing complex cross-functional workflows in fast-paced environments.
