• • Lead, CRM & Retention Marketing – Drive customer loyalty and retention for Bjak Sdn. Bhd.’s leading Southeast Asian insurance platform serving over 8 million users, directly impacting revenue and profitability through data-driven, multi-channel campaigns.
• • Own the full lifecycle of retention campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and In-App channels; design and automate customer journeys for segments like Quote Not Bought, Pre-renewal, Cross-sell, and Win-back; conduct rigorous A/B testing on subject lines, creative, offers, and timing to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion.
