- • As a Lead Databricks Consultant at Concentrix, you will drive strategic consulting and technical leadership in designing and implementing Databricks-based data and AI platforms for enterprise clients, directly contributing to the company’s mission of being an intelligent transformation partner that modernizes customer experiences through technology and data.
- • Day to day, you will partner with sales and account teams to run discovery sessions, shape solution visions and reference architectures for Databricks on Azure/AWS/GCP, develop proposals and SOWs, deliver technical presentations, lead architecture and implementation of secure, scalable Lakehouse designs, oversee data pipeline development using Spark/Python/SQL, enforce engineering standards, provide hands-on technical leadership to data teams, implement data governance via Unity Catalog, optimize workload performance and cost, drive change management through training and documentation, and support production go-lives and handover to client operations.
- • You will join Concentrix’s Technical Products and Services team, a global force behind the company’s transformation, data, and technology services, where you’ll work alongside top talent in over 70 countries to deliver market-leading technology and insights that simplify and modernize customer experiences for world-class brands.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise Databricks implementations, lead high-impact client-facing data and analytics projects, shape scalable data platforms using Delta Lake and Unity Catalog, strengthen your stakeholder management and presentation skills, and gain exposure to multi-cloud architectures and AI-driven use cases — positioning you as a trusted advisor in data transformation at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills with ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
- • Demonstrated ability to run workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical designs and phased roadmaps
- • Proven experience leading client-facing data or analytics projects in consulting, professional services, or similar environments
- • Extensive hands-on experience designing and delivering data platforms and pipelines on Databricks, including Delta Lake, Jobs/Workflows, and Databricks SQL
- • Strong programming skills in at least two of: Python, PySpark, and SQL, with demonstrated ability to build performant batch and streaming solutions
- • Solid understanding of cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP) relevant to Databricks deployments, such as storage, networking, identity, and DevOps tooling
- • Experience implementing data governance, security, and access control in Lakehouse or data platform environments using Unity Catalog or similar tools
