- • Lead Field Engineer responsible for installation, commissioning, and maintenance of power conversion and storage systems at customer sites, ensuring technical integrity and operational readiness of critical energy infrastructure.
- • Perform on-site installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of drive, power, automation, and dynamic positioning systems during ship construction and port visits; provide emergency support and remote diagnostics.
- • Develop technical documentation, conduct customer training, manage on-site projects, and identify service opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- • Collaborate with engineering teams on upgrade projects, maintain compliance with safety protocols, and support North American operations through extended travel and on-call availability.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; or Associate’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; or high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of industry experience.
- • Ability and willingness to travel 85% of the time on short notice, including domestic and international assignments.
- • Physically fit to board vessels offshore and capable of completing Helicopter Underwater Egress Training (HUET) and offshore survival courses.
- • US Person eligible for Department of Defense security clearance.
- • Strong computer proficiency with MS Office applications and technical aptitude for engineering tasks.
- • Background in customer-facing service roles with leadership qualities aligned to organizational values.
