📋 Description

• Lead Full Stack Engineer at StackBlitz, Inc., driving the technical vision and execution for Bolt.new, an AI-powered platform that enables instant web and mobile app development in the browser using WebContainers technology.
• Own core platform architecture including WebContainers integration, browser runtime systems, performance optimization, and backend infrastructure while writing code regularly on complex features, migrations, and architectural improvements.
• Join a globally distributed, fully remote team of engineers, designers, and creatives building the future of software development, where you’ll lead a high-performing team through technical leadership, mentorship, and cross-team coordination.
• Develop expertise in AI-native development, browser-based runtimes, and scalable distributed systems while growing engineers to senior/staff+ levels and shaping the evolution of next-generation developer tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of full-stack or systems development experience with 3+ years in technical leadership roles
• Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and the modern JavaScript ecosystem
• Proven experience designing and scaling REST/GraphQL APIs serving millions of requests
• Deep understanding of browser internals, WebAssembly, Web Workers, and browser-based runtime environments
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Cloudflare, or Azure) and distributed systems
• Track record of optimizing backend performance, caching strategies, and database design
