📋 Description

• Lead Graphic Designer role focused on creating high-impact visual assets for a global-first brand, driving brand presence and conversion through static and motion content across marketing, social, web, and advertising channels.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading visual creation for UK-focused campaigns, translating creative briefs into bold designs, producing short-form motion and static assets, collaborating with content and performance teams, analyzing performance data to optimize visuals, maintaining brand consistency, and leveraging AI tools like Midjourney and DALL·E to enhance ideation and production speed.
• Bjak Sdn. Bhd. is a global application platform builder with a mission to create successful businesses and societal impact through efficiency, best known for developing Southeast Asia’s leading insurance platform serving over 8 million users, now expanding into AI-integrated applications with a flat, high-ownership culture.
• In this role, you will deepen expertise in performance-driven design, AI-augmented creative workflows, brand system development, and cross-functional collaboration, while gaining ownership of visuals seen by UK users and a clear pathway toward creative leadership in a fast-moving, innovation-focused environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design, visual storytelling, and execution quality
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion workflows
• Experience with or strong curiosity about AI tools for creative production
• Strong sense of layout, composition, typography, and brand systems
• Ability to execute quickly and deliver under tight deadlines
