📋 Description

• • Lead Infrastructure Engineer role focused on OpenStack and Kubernetes platforms powering GPU cloud infrastructure for AI, ML, and HPC workloads at NexGen Cloud Limited.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning and driving the design, deployment, and operation of OpenStack and Kubernetes clusters optimized for GPU workloads; leading and developing a team of 4–5 infrastructure engineers; building and improving infrastructure through automation (IaC, GitOps, CI/CD); ensuring platform reliability via monitoring, observability, and incident management; collaborating with DevOps, Product, and Support teams; identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and scale systems; taking ownership of operational governance (incident, problem, change management); and communicating platform performance, risks, and improvements to leadership.
• • NexGen Cloud is a fast-growing scale-up building next-generation GPU cloud infrastructure, best known for its Hyperstack platform used by teams running compute-heavy applications requiring speed, reliability, and control.
