- • Lead Product Manager role focused on defining and managing Epic platform capabilities to support Medicaid state contracts and clinical end-user needs at Humana Inc.
- • Partner with operational teams to define Epic capabilities, gather user feedback, collaborate with Epic config analysts, and support product rollouts and training
- • Work within Humana’s Clinical program to drive standardization of capabilities across Medicare and Medicaid, ensuring compliance and efficacy of launched products
- • Opportunity to influence cross-functional strategies, improve healthcare outcomes, and gain deep expertise in Epic systems and clinical workflow management in a dynamic, mission-driven environment
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of Clinical experience
- • 2+ years of Product Management experience
- • Epic certification in Tapestry, or willingness to obtain Humana-sponsored certification within 6 months of employment
- • Strong customer/end user orientation with a data-driven approach to decision making
- • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and handle ambiguity
- • Solid track record managing products that achieved successful financial outcomes
