📋 Description

• Lead Product Manager responsible for delivering a new Plan Renewal experience that is intuitive, personalized, and member-centric for Humana's Consumer Digital organization.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery to optimization—by managing roadmap and backlog, translating customer insights into user stories, leading Agile ceremonies, and partnering with engineering and design to ship high-quality features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and Insurance Differentiation to support go-to-market planning and customer communication for feature releases.
• Drive impact through data-informed decision making: conduct user research, analyze performance via A/B testing, develop success metrics, and optimize the renewal journey to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of product management experience building digital experiences
• Experience writing requirements, partnering with engineers, and shipping customer-facing products
• Working knowledge of data analysis, experimentation, and customer journey design
• Experience communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience in ecommerce, onboarding, subscription, or renewal journeys
