- • Lead Product Manager responsible for owning the MyHumana Authenticated Channel Experience, defining and optimizing a seamless end-to-end member experience within Humana’s primary digital self-service portal to help members manage health, understand benefits, and take action with clarity and confidence.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning channel strategy and journey leadership, defining the web channel’s strategic role in the omnichannel ecosystem, identifying experience gaps, facilitating cross-functional workshops, and maintaining a clear prioritization framework for senior stakeholders.
- • Own product experience for all authenticated channel surfaces including homepage/dashboard, global navigation, in-app notifications, personalization logic, notification strategy, content frameworks, and design system governance ensuring WCAG compliance, responsiveness, performance, and brand consistency.
- • Partner with domain product teams (benefits, claims, care, Stars) to integrate capabilities into a coherent experience, collaborate with analytics to define and track channel-level KPIs, align with marketing on member lifecycle moments, anticipate risks, and serve as the channel team’s voice in enterprise product planning.
