  • • As a Lead Product Marketing Manager at BioRender, you will be instrumental in shaping the success of our innovative scientific communication platform. Your primary responsibility will be to own the product-specific positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for a designated product line, with the ultimate goal of driving user adoption, increasing revenue, and fostering long-term customer value.
  • • You will act as a crucial liaison, bridging the gap between our Product development teams, Sales force, and Customer Success managers. This involves developing a profound understanding of our diverse user base, encompassing both individual scientists and large enterprise clients. Your ability to translate complex user needs and market insights into compelling narratives will be key to ensuring our go-to-market strategies effectively reach and resonate with our target audiences.
  • • This role is inherently cross-functional and deeply rooted in product strategy. It is perfectly suited for an individual who excels at bringing sophisticated solutions to market, empowering go-to-market teams to achieve success, and strategically positioning novel products within a dynamic and competitive SaaS landscape.
  • • A core aspect of your role will be to develop and meticulously own clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging. This messaging must effectively resonate with both individual scientific end-users and key enterprise buyers, articulating the unique value proposition of BioRender’s offerings.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the Product team to gain a deep understanding of product roadmaps, evolving customer needs, and the inherent value of new and existing features. This insight will be critical for translating these elements into impactful launch strategies and persuasive narratives.
  • • You will spearhead end-to-end go-to-market efforts for all new product introductions and significant feature releases. This requires ensuring seamless alignment and coordinated execution across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing departments.
  • • A significant part of your contribution will be to own the sales enablement strategy for your product line. This involves creating high-impact marketing collateral, comprehensive training materials, persuasive pitch decks, insightful competitive battlecards, and detailed internal playbooks designed to equip and empower our Sales and Customer Success teams to win deals.
  • • You will provide direct support for high-value enterprise deals by working hand-in-hand with Sales and Customer Success. This collaboration will focus on refining value-based messaging, proactively addressing potential objections, and clearly articulating BioRender’s differentiated value proposition.
  • • Continuous analysis of market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer behavior is essential. These insights will directly inform your positioning strategies, help identify opportunities for competitive differentiation, and guide the refinement of your overall go-to-market approach.
  • • You will serve as the dedicated "voice of the enterprise customer" within BioRender. This advocacy ensures that our product development efforts are aligned with customer needs and that our communication strategies effectively address their challenges and aspirations.
  • • You will be responsible for tracking key product marketing performance metrics. Utilizing data-driven insights, you will continuously optimize messaging, positioning, and the overall effectiveness of our go-to-market strategies to ensure maximum impact and ROI.
