📋 Description

• Lead Software Engineer, JavaScript/TypeScript (Remote) at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., a leading insurance portal in Southeast Asia focused on providing affordable and sustainable financial services across ASEAN.
• Develop high-quality back-end systems using Node.js, maintain and fix bugs in existing backend and web systems, implement features based on product requirements, and support internal and external users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic engineering environment in Indonesia, mentor junior developers, and contribute to software quality improvement through analysis and best practices.
• Gain hands-on experience with modern full-stack technologies including ReactJS, NextJS, MongoDB, REST APIs, and TypeScript while growing technical leadership skills in a fast-paced, innovative fintech environment.
