📋 Description

• Bring BJAK’s stories to life through video content by producing engaging, high-quality videos that elevate the brand and drive audience engagement across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.
• Day to day, the Lead Videographer will assist in developing creative concepts, plan and storyboard shoots, operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment, edit videos with attention to pacing and storytelling, perform color grading and sound design, manage media and project assets, collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams, incorporate feedback, stay updated on video trends, and suggest workflow improvements.

• In this role, the person can learn to lead end-to-end video production in a fast-paced tech environment, deepen expertise in social media video optimization, gain exposure to regional markets, grow creatively through experimentation with new formats, and develop cross-functional collaboration skills while working on meaningful content that impacts millions of users.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing (agency or in-house)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition)
• Skilled in camera operations, lighting techniques, and audio recording
• Strong portfolio or showreel showcasing a variety of video styles and storytelling approaches
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, video algorithms, and content optimization
