  • • Your primary responsibility will be to manage a high volume of inbound calls from prospective clients seeking bankruptcy protection. These individuals are often under immense pressure, facing immediate threats such as lawsuits, wage garnishments, or the repossession of essential assets. Your ability to listen attentively, demonstrate genuine empathy, and establish trust quickly will be paramount in creating a safe and supportive environment for them to share their financial struggles.
  • • You will conduct structured intake conversations, meticulously assessing each caller's unique financial situation, understanding their specific challenges, and determining their eligibility for bankruptcy services. This involves asking pertinent questions about income, debts, assets, and the circumstances leading to their financial distress, all while maintaining a professional and reassuring demeanor.
  • • A key aspect of this role is clearly and concisely explaining the firm's services, including high-level overviews of bankruptcy options like Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. You must be adept at translating complex legal concepts into simple, understandable terms, alleviating anxiety and empowering prospects with the knowledge they need to consider their options.
  • • This is a conversion-focused position, meaning your success will be measured by your ability to convert qualified prospects into retained clients. You will be empowered to guide motivated individuals through the process of signing with the firm during the initial conversation whenever appropriate, leveraging your sales confidence and persuasive communication skills with integrity and compassion.
  • • When immediate conversion isn't possible, you will be responsible for scheduling consultations with attorneys, ensuring a seamless handover and coordinating effectively with the legal team to facilitate the next steps in the client acquisition process.
  • • Beyond initial calls, you will actively engage in follow-up activities. This includes proactively reaching out to warm leads who have previously expressed interest but haven't yet committed, and re-engaging with individuals who may have missed scheduled appointments. Your persistence and strategic follow-up will be vital in preventing potential clients from falling through the cracks and ensuring they receive the assistance they require.
  • • This role is inherently phone-heavy and performance-driven, demanding a high level of emotional intelligence, a sense of urgency, and the capacity to communicate effectively under pressure.
