• • As a Legal Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of our legal functions. Your responsibilities will span across critical areas, demanding a proactive and results-oriented approach. You will be the primary point person for managing and maintaining the "Good Standing" status of our corporate entities across the United States and Canada. This involves meticulously handling all necessary reports, filings, and responding to state-specific requests with a high degree of autonomy and accuracy.
• • Protecting our brand is paramount, and you will be instrumental in this endeavor. This includes vigilant monitoring of our intellectual property (IP) landscape to identify and address any infringements. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of drafting and initiating cease-and-desist workflows, ensuring our brand and IP assets are safeguarded.
• • You will serve as the first line of defense for intricate consumer escalations, requiring a keen investigative mind. Your role will involve delving into the root causes of issues, formulating strategic solutions, and taking the lead on developing and implementing compliance training initiatives. • • Driving product and process improvements will be a core aspect of your contribution. You will conduct thorough reviews of our products and operational processes from a compliance perspective.
