- • As a Long Term Care Account Specialist at Neurocrine Biosciences, you will drive product acceptance and growth in your assigned geographic territory by building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, key opinion leaders, advocacy groups, long-term care facilities, and payers. Your work directly supports the company’s mission to relieve suffering for people with great needs by promoting FDA-approved treatments for neurological, neuroendocrine, and neuropsychiatric disorders.
- • Day to day, you will execute territory sales strategies through in-person and virtual engagements, manage promotional resources and budgets, identify and overcome territory-specific barriers to product success, uphold FDA guidelines and pharmaceutical industry best practices, collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Marketing, Patient Access, and Medical Science Liaisons, and maintain full field presence Monday–Friday with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events.
