📋 Description
- • The Manager, Analytics - Business Reporting role at Capital Rx, Inc. is a strategic position within the Analytics Reporting organization, dedicated to empowering Client Services teams with the reporting, insights, and analytical support needed to drive client success and improve healthcare outcomes.
- • Day to day, the person will serve as an analytics partner to Client Services teams by understanding reporting needs, translating client requests into analytical requirements, delivering high-quality and timely reporting, and advocating for data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- • The team operates within Judi Health, an enterprise health technology company that includes Capital Rx (a public benefit corporation PBM), Judi Health™ (health benefit management solutions), and Judi® (the Enterprise Health Platform), all working to rebuild trust in U.S. healthcare through scalable, secure technology.
- • In this role, the person will develop leadership skills by coaching and developing team members, setting priorities, managing workloads, and fostering a collaborative environment while gaining deep expertise in healthcare analytics, pharmacy claims data, and scalable reporting systems.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
- • Expertise in SQL with strong coding hygiene and documentation practices
- • Proficiency in Tableau for developing and maintaining dashboards and visualizations
- • Experience in PBM, health plans, healthcare, or pharmacy benefits
- • Familiarity with pharmacy claims data and client reporting metrics
- • Working knowledge of Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouses
