📋 Description
- • Manager, Analytics, Fraud, UK – Lead data-driven fraud prevention and compliance initiatives to protect Tide’s SME members from financial crime while supporting business growth across global markets.
- • Day to day: Build and lead analytics processes, develop fraud detection rules, conduct backtesting and optimisation, collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data science, operations), translate regulatory and business requirements into actionable insights, monitor KPIs, and communicate complex fraud risks and strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- • About the team/company: Part of Tide’s first line of defence (1LOD) operations team within Ongoing Monitoring, focused on detecting and preventing money laundering, fraud, sanctions breaches, and other financial crimes. Tide is a fast-growing fintech serving over 1.8 million SME members globally, with technology centres in Hyderabad and a mission to save small businesses time and money through innovative banking and admin solutions.
