- • As a Manager, BizOps & Analytics at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will serve as a force multiplier and accelerant to the business by driving data-informed decision-making across product, growth, tech, and operations, helping the company scale from 5M to 50M customers and become a $10B business in the next four years.
- • Day to day, you will define the right business problems, build reports and run analyses using SQL, Python, and Metabase, surface actionable insights, drive outcomes by influencing stakeholders, and own execution end-to-end in one of the core business areas: Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships.
- • You will join a central BizOps & Analytics team of 14 former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants who operate with a no-fluff, hands-on mindset—prioritizing impact over slides, owning critical domains, and solving complex problems with first principles thinking.
- • In this role, you will sharpen your ability to influence leadership, own ambiguous problems end-to-end, and deliver tangible business impact in a high-growth, profitable startup that has scaled revenue 70X and achieved profitability in early 2024.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently using SQL, Python, or Excel
- • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact
- • Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level
