- • We are hiring 4-6 people to drive impact in the BizOps & Analytics team, specifically in growth marketing, product development, AI & automation, and strategic partnerships.
- • The team is responsible for driving data & insights, and informing decision-making across every corner of the business.
- • As a member of the team, you will sit on the central BizOps & Analytics team but be embedded in one of Jerry's core business areas.
- • You will own the analytical function for that business unit end-to-end, defining the right problems, data and insights, and driving outcomes.
- • You will work closely with product, growth, finance, and operations teams to drive key metrics and inform decision-making.
- • You will be responsible for surfacing analytical insights, driving decisions, and seeing them through end-to-end.
- • You will be a first principles thinker, breaking down complex problems into clear hypotheses before touching data.
- • You will be a direct communicator, able to walk a skeptical stakeholder through a complex finding and get buy-in quickly.
- • You will be an owner, acting like your name is on the door and taking responsibility for fixing problems outside of your swim lane.
- • You will have 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- • You will have strong analytical skills, ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- • You will have a track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- • You will be a clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level.
