- • Lead enterprise data, analytics, governance, and AI-enabled capabilities for a complex federal technology services program, ensuring data is secure, governed, and usable to support mission-critical decision-making and performance management.
- • Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and operating procedures; design scalable data architecture including data lakes, warehouses, and pipelines; enforce data quality controls; and guide the creation of analytics products, dashboards, and AI-enabled insights that drive operational excellence.
- • Partner with cybersecurity, engineering, product, and program management teams to align data initiatives with enterprise standards, compliance frameworks (NIST, FISMA, HIPAA, FedRAMP), and privacy requirements while establishing reusable templates, frameworks, and knowledge transfer practices for long-term sustainment.
- • Advance expertise in enterprise data leadership within regulated federal environments, gaining hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI governance, metadata management, and data portfolio management while contributing to Chief Data Office functions and responsible AI practices.
