- • As a Manager, Healthcare Analytics at Centene Corporation, you will drive the execution of analytics strategy by discovering, developing, and implementing leading-edge analytics that answer critical business questions for 28 million members, directly impacting community health outcomes.
- • Day to day, you will lead enterprise-wide analytics projects, manage stakeholder expectations, prioritize team work, translate business goals into actionable solutions, and mentor junior analysts while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives across health plans and business units.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, finance or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- • 4+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, large databases, data verification, data management, SQL/querying languages, table creation and indexing, query optimization, stored procedures, and developing complex queries
- • Lead or management experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and train junior analysts; project management experience preferred
