- • As a Manager, Healthcare Analytics at Centene Corporation, you will drive the execution of analytics strategy by discovering, developing, and implementing leading-edge analytics that answer critical business questions for 28 million members, directly impacting healthcare outcomes and financial performance.
- • Day to day, you will lead enterprise-wide analytics projects, manage stakeholder expectations, prioritize team work, communicate insights to non-technical partners, mentor junior analysts, and oversee post-implementation tracking and validation of financial impacts from provider contract and network strategy changes.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare analytics, financial modeling, claims pricing, and ROI evaluation while mentoring a team, influencing executive-level reporting, and gaining experience with modern BI tools like PowerBI and programming languages such as Python and R to advance your career in enterprise healthcare analytics.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, finance or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- • 4+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, large databases, SQL/querying languages, table creation and indexing, query optimization, stored procedures, and developing complex queries; project management experience preferred
- • Experience with financial modeling, claims pricing, contract/network analysis, ROI evaluation, and familiarity with claims payment, utilization management, provider/vendor contracts, and risk adjustment for government-sponsored healthcare
