- • The Manager of Volume and Revenue Analytics plays a critical role in financial planning and analysis by managing all financial reporting and budgeting for hospital volume and gross charges, directly supporting BMC Software’s reimbursement and finance systems.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing volume statistical reports for executives and stakeholders, creating and maintaining complex financial models that flex with volume, investigating budget variances, and supporting annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
- • The role involves close collaboration with the BMC Reimbursement team, hospital department managers, and ITS to ensure data integrity, optimize charge routing, and align short- and long-term planning with business strategies and forecasts.
- • The Manager will develop expertise in healthcare financial analytics, advanced modeling in Excel and SQL, cross-functional stakeholder communication, and strategic decision support—gaining influence in executive presentations and process improvement initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in finance or a related field (work experience may substitute for a finance or management-specific degree); MBA or MPH preferred.
- • Five or more years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or management consulting, preferably in a healthcare or biotechnology environment.
- • Advanced MS Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint skills; demonstrated experience with SQL and business intelligence platforms for large data sets.
