- • Manager, Organic Community & Channel Strategy at Jerry Technologies Inc. is responsible for building and growing Jerry’s authentic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok — the platforms where real conversations about car ownership happen.
- • Day to day, the role involves developing channel-specific playbooks for engagement, growing Jerry’s subreddits into trusted communities, creating scalable content strategies that leverage AI appropriately, collaborating with Growth and Content teams for consistency, and measuring impact through sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation.
- • Jerry Technologies Inc. is building America’s first and only super app to simplify car ownership, serving over 5 million users with AI-powered tools for insurance, financing, repairs, and safety, backed by $240M+ in funding and recognized as the #1 rated app in its category.
- • In this role, you will learn to balance authenticity with scalability in regulated consumer spaces, deepen expertise in community-driven growth, master LLM and SEO dynamics in organic channels, and help shape how a mission-driven fintech brand earns trust in authentic, human ways across emerging platforms.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years in community management or organic social, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-facing and/or regulated category
- • Platform native with a visceral dislike of corporate-speak — able to write in a tone that earns upvotes and moves naturally across Reddit, TikTok, and Quora
- • Strategic operator who builds systems, not just vibes — understands SEO and how LLMs cite sources
- • Proven ability to make 'boring' or 'stressful' categories feel human, authentic, and worth following
- • Patient, curious long-game player who values organic trust over quick PR wins
