📋 Description

• • As the Manager of Quality Engineering at TrueML, you will serve as the guardian of product integrity and architect of the testing future, leading a high-performing team to transition from manual checks to sophisticated, AI-driven automation.
• • Day to day, you will embed quality into the software development lifecycle by shifting testing left, designing and implementing scalable test strategies, mentoring QA engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data science), and leveraging Generative AI to solve complex testing challenges at scale.
• • TrueML is a mission-driven financial software company focused on creating better customer experiences for distressed borrowers through machine learning and digital-first solutions, with a team of data scientists, financial services experts, and customer experience advocates dedicated to financial inclusion.
