• • As a Manager of Software Engineering at Availity, you will lead a talented team in the analysis, design, programming, debugging, and delivery of cutting-edge software for both commercial and end-user applications, playing a pivotal role in advancing healthcare technology solutions.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading and managing a development team to ensure high-quality software delivery, conducting daily stand-ups, promoting Agile practices, collaborating with internal and external teams, overseeing delivery responsibilities, defining and tracking team metrics, allocating time for new development and maintenance, monitoring technical debt, and analyzing technology trends to assess their impact on product delivery.
