📋 Description

• • As a Manager, Software Engineering - Infrastructure at Alkami Technology, you will lead and mentor a team of engineers while contributing hands-on to the development of core product experiences used by bank administrators and customers. This role is pivotal in shaping the technical foundation of Alkami’s digital banking platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and high performance across critical systems.
• • Day to day, you will align team strategy with organizational goals, set clear expectations for engineers, conduct regular performance and development conversations, and evolve the technical roadmap to meet future infrastructure needs. You will design and vet system architectures, write production-grade code, review code for quality and best practices, and monitor infrastructure metrics and SLAs to drive cost-effective technical investments.
