  • • As a Manager, Software Engineering (Service Agreements & Memberships) at ServiceTitan, you will lead a high-impact team responsible for building and maintaining the core product features that enable customers to sell recurring maintenance plans and long-term contracts—directly powering their recurring revenue engine.
  • • Day to day, you will act as a Player-Coach: dedicating time to hands-on coding, code reviews, and setting implementation patterns in C#, while leading architectural oversight of microservices, managing and mentoring a team of high-caliber engineers, and partnering with Product Management to define and execute the technical roadmap for user-facing features that drive significant business value.
  • • You will join the Service Agreements & Memberships squad, a core team whose work is deeply integrated with nearly every other module including CRM, Job Scheduling, Invoicing, Inventory Management, and Reporting, and which currently focuses on expanding use cases for service agreements, tackling complex challenges, and ensuring code quality at scale.
  • • In this role, you will grow as a technical leader by maintaining active coding proficiency in C#, deepening your expertise in scalable microservice architecture, influencing team culture through mentorship and technical excellence, and contributing to the evolution of a market-leading platform used by thousands of businesses across the U.S. and abroad.
