- • As a Manager, Solutions Engineering at Hightouch, you will lead and grow a team of Solutions Engineers to ensure seamless customer onboarding and drive long-term partnerships by delivering tailored technical solutions that align with business goals.
- • Day to day, you will mentor and develop your team, partner with Account Executives to deliver customized demonstrations and proofs-of-concept, design and maintain technical playbooks and demo environments, and engage directly with customers to understand their data activation needs and architect optimal solutions using the Hightouch platform.
- • Hightouch is an Agentic Marketing Platform powered by a Composable CDP, trusted by enterprises like Domino’s, Spotify, and PetSmart, with a mission to help customers leverage data and AI to grow their businesses through an ambitious, impact-driven, and compassionate team culture.
- • In this role, you will develop deep technical expertise in data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and API integrations, strengthen your leadership and strategic collaboration skills, and drive initiatives to scale the Solutions Engineering team’s efficiency and impact across financial services, retail, SaaS, and other enterprise industries.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong technical background with prior experience working directly with clients in a pre-sales or post-sales capacity to achieve business objectives, preferably within the data or SaaS space.
- • Proven track record of successfully leading, managing, and developing technical teams.
- • Prior experience developing with SQL, Python, JavaScript, and/or working with APIs for data integration.
- • Extensive experience working in enterprise SaaS, cloud data platforms, or related industries in a technical capacity with end-customer engagement.
- • Exceptional presentation skills with a high degree of technical credibility when communicating with both executive stakeholders and front-line engineers.
- • High level of comfort and proficiency communicating effectively across diverse internal and external organizations, including cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and engineering.

- • On-Target Earnings Range: $250,000-$280,000 annually
- • Base Salary Range: $175,000-$196,000 annually
