- • As a Managing Consultant SAP SuccessFactors, you will lead end-to-end HR transformation projects for mid-sized companies and international corporations, driving digital HR innovation and ensuring sustainable, high-quality SuccessFactors implementations.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing complex SuccessFactors solutions, leading project teams as a technical leader, mentoring consultants, establishing best practices, and advising HR departments and executive leadership on strategic HR-IT roadmaps.
- • You will join Mindsquare AG’s SuccessFactors team—a collaborative community of experienced consultants who share knowledge, engage in peer-level technical discussions, and benefit from close collaboration with senior leaders and a broad network of SAP specialists across disciplines.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors across industries and company sizes, strengthen your leadership and consulting skills, and grow professionally through individualized development plans, mentorship, and exposure to diverse, challenging projects that prevent stagnation even with prior experience.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of consulting experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- • Deep understanding of core HR processes such as Employee Central, Recruiting, or Onboarding
- • Proven experience in technical leadership of complex projects or project streams, including accountability for quality, structure, and successful delivery
