- • This Manufacturing Engineer role supports Pratt & Whitney’s transition processes, ensuring quality, delivery, and cost standards are met during work transitions and cold starts.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing transition tools, reviewing work transition exceptions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and tracking performance of transitioned work to align with quality and delivery goals.
- • The role is part of Pratt & Whitney, a world leader in aircraft engine design and manufacturing, operating under RTX Corporation, where 185,000 employees solve complex aerospace and defense challenges.
- • The engineer will gain expertise in global transitions, risk management frameworks, supply chain processes, and technical assessment packaging while contributing to operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- • 2 years of experience
- • U.S. citizenship is required
- • Must reside in Puerto Rico
